I love a good bargain and have been shopping up a storm over the last few weeks. The shops are getting rid of their Summer stock to make way for their Autumn ranges and as result there are some serious bargains to be had if you’re lucky enough to find something you love in your size. I thought I’d show you what I’ve been buying recently – mostly sale bargains, but a few Primark bits as well.
Fenn Wright Manson (for Matalan) sheer floaty blouse £22 reduced to £6 – I didn’t know that Matalan stocked brands such as Fenn Wright Manson. This blouse looks really nice over a little cami with black jeans or leggings.
Matalan skirt £12 reduced to £3 – such a bargain, I had to have it! Planning to wear this with tights, boots and a woolly jumper. I know it’s still Summer but you can never be too prepared…
Debenhams shorts in khaki and stone £29.50 to £8.60 – I was so happy to find these. I do not have the figure for the bum-skimming shorts on offer from Topshop and the like. Although these probably aren’t the most fashionable style of shorts, I know I’ll get lots of wear from them on holiday and I’ll feel comfortable in these.
Next Navy Utility Dress £45 reduced to £22 – the photo doesn’t do this justice but it’s a really nice smart-casual dress which again will be nice for holiday and I’d wear this both during the day and in the evenings
Dune black jewelled pumps £35 reduced to £10 – I have lots of black pumps from Primark and could do with throwing away a few pairs which are quite worn and scruffy. When I saw these for £10 I thought I’d get them as I’m sure they’ll last longer than my usual trusty Primark pairs.
Oasis coral shift dress £70 reduced to £25 – I’ve bought this as a potential wedding outfit. I have no less than six weddings to attend this year, so this will be making an appearance at at least one of those.
Oasis green sandals £35 reduced to £15 – another wedding outfit component… I have a green floral dress from Oasis which I’m planning to wear to one of the weddings this year and these shoes match it perfectly.
Primark rucksack £10 – I bought this with Rewind Festival in mind (which I am going to next weekend) as it has a bit of a festival look about it, but I think I’ll get a lot of use from it on long dog walks and trips to the beach as well.
Primark paper plates and napkins £1 each reduced to 50p – we are having a BBQ with friends on the bank holiday weekend and these will save me from washing up.
Primark selfie stick £8 reduced to £6.90 – I’ve already had one of these selfie sticks and I managed to break it, so I bought another one. What blogger isn’t a fan of a selfie eh?
Paperchase cupcake cases £4 reduced to £1 – I think these look very Cath Kidston-esque and I can’t wait to use them when I next get my bake on.
Paperchase Toucan tattoos £6.50 reduced to 10p – I’ve saved the most random purchase til last…I’m going to use these for some crafting projects – either in my scrapbook or for making cards. For 10p I thought they were too cute to leave on the shelf!
